At KPDH Hub (kpdhhub.com), accessible from https://kpdhhub.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information collected and recorded by KPDH Hub and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal information to provide our collector services:
- Account Information: If you sign up for an account via our passwordless Magic Link system, we collect your email address via Supabase Auth to save your personal checklist binder across devices.
- Collector Binder Data: Items you mark as "Owned" or "Wishlist" are stored in our secure database or locally in your browser storage.
- Log Files: Like standard web platforms, KPDH Hub utilizes log files. These files log visitors when they access the website, including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
KPDH Hub uses cookies to store information including visitors' preferences (such as theme choice: "When Darkness Meets" or "The Light"), and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize user experience by customizing web page content based on browser type and settings.
3. Google DoubleClick DART Cookies & Advertising
Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to kpdhhub.com and other sites on the internet.
Visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
You can also manage personalized advertising preferences via Google Ads Settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info.
4. Affiliate Program Disclosures & Third-Party Networks
KPDH Hub participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the eBay Partner Network (EPN), Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, Impact.com, and independent retailer networks.
When you click an outbound link to purchase merchandise or check live prices on a third-party marketplace, a tracking cookie may be placed by the respective retailer to track sales referrals and credit commissions. These third-party sites have their own independent privacy policies and data collection terms.
5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights
Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, request deletion of consumer personal data, and request that a business not sell the consumer's personal data. KPDH Hub does not sell personal data to third parties.
6. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Rights
Every user is entitled to the following rights regarding personal data: right to access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, and right to object. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
